Rune Page Bundle and Championship Riven Statue question.

I really don't know in which to post this, I chose Gameplay because of the Rune Page question.

Is it avaiblable information to the public when is there gonna be a sale on Rune Pages? I know it's usually on events, and since Worlds and maybe the Harrowing are coming, I wan't to know if someone knows if it'sgonna happen soon.

Second Question is that I'd like to buy the Championship Riven statue, I live in México, is shipping available and is it an extra cost for it? Can I get the skin here in México, playing in NA? Can I also use it into my LAN account?
