LegacyDAP2 votestbh, I have no idea why they let red work on towers. Like it substantially increases your damage to turrets. Which should be a baron and dragon thing, not a 5 min jng buff thing.

It's even from 5.22, a month ago, and it was in the patch notes. http://oce.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-522-notes#patch-sr (look for Jungle tuning)
