I main Shaco and Teemo seems ridiculous. On the other hand I don't see him being chosen or banned in high ELO so I there must be a way to handle that walking turd. Any tips? His poison darts absolutely WRECK me and you cant dodge them. When I Q the auto attacks FOLLOW me. Suggestions?
I can't tell you how to do it on shaco, but I can tell you how to do it in all match ups.
You abuse cooldowns.
-If he is one of those assholes who takes teemo ignite top, than first enter a "faker fight" where your goal is to bait out ignite, than survive the ignite and teleport back to lane at full health
IF HE ISNT OR if you allready did this
-Keep track of Q at all times, the moment he wastes it you all in him and kill the little rat, keep note it has like a 4-5 second cooldown, so you gotta abuse it as fast as you can, if you get blinded, kite him or burst him with your spells, for blind doesn't affect spells. Remember he's most likely squisher than you are and should go down first.
As for shaco top? Just spam pink ward videos and watch how he handles hard match ups.
With damage, usually.
You survive his level 1, build some MR, and then all in him with good knowledge of where he's dropped mushrooms. Most people fighting Teemo lose lane right at level 1, due to most of them starting E and just mindlessly running you down, then bush ducking to keep endless autoattack DoT harass whittling away at you.
I'd almost advocate just starting sweeper against him. You'll just have to time your control wards well.

You lay it out, near where Teemo crawls. He'll eat it, and then the problem will take care of itself.
On top of that, Teemo is a Shaco counter.
