Bruisers such as Vi and J4, can survive the burst from assassins, delete squishy, they can duel tanks. There really is no weakness to a bruiser. they even bring cc which assassins don't. League of Tanks->League of Assassins->League of Bruisers?

It's just the fact Vi and J4 have innate tankiness in the form of a bubble, a knock up, incredible mobility and dive potential, high base and scaling damage, and the main thing that puts them above most tanks/bruisers is the fact they also reduce your armor, which is what makes them duel tanks.
