I don't think I've ever sucessfully used Ryze's level 6 ult....

I'm loving the Ryze rework and I'm pumping out S after S rank.... but man his level 6 ult is just so underwhelming, and I believe the problem is the range. His second level ult doubles it from 1500 to 3000 units. I really think the first level should be 2000 range, to give him something to do. As it is its best use to get over a wall without burning flash (you're mostl likely on their screen anyway so using it in a warded or chasing situation isn't spectactular.
