Minion Block is at an all time high

Personally, I have noticed in almost every game I become minion blocked by either my minions or the enemy minions.

Here's an example I am in my laning phase when suddenly I see a gank coming, I turn around to walk to my tower and I get stuck right in front of my minions, my champion starts doing some type of seizure trying to pick which side of the minion that he can walk around, but it takes him like 3 seconds and I finally just get killed by the jg.

Riot it would be awesome if champions didn't have seizures because of minions.
