Dear TSOL Boob,

You're a boob. They NERFED it very heavily. +800 gold cost, -16% total attack speed, -1 AD, removed AD and AP scaling from the on-hit damage, lower base amount on the on-hit damage, removed AoE damage, and takes 2 more auto-attacks to stack up. All those nerfs to get... dun, dun, dun... the Devourer passive, which the champs who usually bought Rageblade would have been getting anyway.

And that's all it has, and only after you autoattack 6 times. That is nowhere near broken, and nowhere close to being a toxic item like it is currently

Did they remove the stacking attack speed?

No, because it now builds out of a recurve bow (but has no base AS, so you get it from the stacks). There's no more AoE damage

But they made it as expensive as item 3078. Plus it doesn't do AoE damage now.
