Why the hell can't I free 1 time dodge on my promo?

Just had a game with a 1 trick who can only play shaco and nothing else get top since of auto fill but ask to go support, I didn't think he would go shaco support.

Does nothing to build vision but try to go all in non stop and ends up feeding. Don't get why people defend these off meta when they aren't really off meta picks. It's them being a one trick pony who can't play any other champion then 1 champ and if they don't get the roll they want then they would still play the same play style like they would if they did get their roll and totally not care about their adc or farming other then act like they are a jungler.

Funny part is every enemy lane lost except for bot because of the shaco. But because of 1 lane enemy win they can snow ball the fk out of the game because of damage. Wasn't until the fool saw his all in plan isn't working then he build support items prob 15 minute into the game.

People have to understand the difference from OFF META to ONE TRICK PONY who can only play 1 champion and if they don't get the roll for the champion then fk that they will still play the champion.
