Nahui1 votesShe was an effective and healthy Mage. There was no need to change her. It's a bit of a silly passive, but there are a few of those in game, but her's still is quite useful in lane.

Chalizard1 votesThen pick her on top or just farm, she is still extremly powerful in late game even though her damage is not the highest one, her ccs are something worth this pick I guess.
