It's literally impossible, you just get shit players and trolls. It's been three seasons now and I've never gotten any victorious skins no matter how hard I try. It's so frustrating how this is because I know I'm not doing much wrong trying hard and am never rewarded.

I started in preseason 3, and i have only ever played the same champion, and i have 1.9 million mastery points on her. I still suck! T-T If only riot rewarded hardcore dedicated players like me, i really could use a victorious skin someday.

They let me decide when to start fights, pick off targets, stall pushes and siege objectives. This would often let me poke the enemy team down rather severely before fights started and played wonderfully into the "everyone group mid always" environment. Even if we lost the fight, I could often defend to objectives fairly well.
While it is probably a different environment now, Ziggs (Mid) and Varus (ADC) served me rather well in Silver.
