With recent talk of removing normal draft pick, why not remove blind pick? The game mode promotes toxicity by rewarding those who autolock or say "mid or feed." Normal draft is so much better. Please, Riot. You were doing so well with bringing back solo queue and listening to your community.

Also, it might give the community satisfaction that they did this, and a happy community is more willing to support a game that appears to care or cares about it's community.

That's going to jump to about 20 champs, when Riots gets around to increasing the bans.
OP's suggestion on "just increasing the free to play champs." Isn't really going to fly now that we have the Dynamic selection. (Got the ADC role, and have No ADC to chose from."
If they did replace blind pick, they should do so with Teambuilder. Sure it had it's problems, but it was perfect for beginners as it allowed them to practice exactly the champion they wanted, in the exact position they wanted.
