Its nice on Caitlyn, thats assuming it works with her passive, but im not 100% sure on that.

It works on how much AD you have, so Caitlyn's passive would not affect it at all

Warlords is like that now because before it was extremely abusable (mainly by pure DPS carries; especially if they were melee). I can't tell you how many times that mastery saved my life on ADC and champs like Yasuo or Master Yi before the changes.

Yeah, but now it's completely useless. I understand maybe a little nerf, but now all melee squishes just get shat on if they use it.

It's still plenty useful, if anything people undervalue it now because they didn't realize how overpowered it was when they were using it regularly. I still use it on Yasuo (and marksmen) and it's been working just fine for me. The best users of it atm are those with empowered basics that they can use when it's up. It's REALLY good on Draven for example, though getting used to axe juggling with the MS steroid is kinda tricky.
