Nimbus cloak doesn't properly activate on Ahri.

It'll just randomly go off while I'm walking around instead of during my first ult.

Any reason why it just activates at random?

I think it's because Nimbus Cloak doesn't work until an ultimate ability is on cooldown (?-I could be wrong) and because you have to recast Ahri's ult multiple times, it won't work until the final recast is used. It could also just be buggy on Ahri in particular.

but ive been coming out of fountain and i get the movement speed burst.

Oh geez, yeah that just sounds like a bug with Ahri then. I also just found this post confirming it's happened to other players.

I'd say file a support ticket and make a post on the 'Report a Bug' section of the boards. You can file a support ticket found here.
