How champion select banning should work

As of now, the bottom 3 picks ban a champion each for a total of 6 champions banned.

It's time to change that to 10 champs banned.

The new champ select should have banning periods and picking periods - intertwined throughout the process.

The first 3 picks should ban, just like the system we currently have except the first 3 ban instead of the last 3.

Once the first 2 picks pick their champion on each side (Blue pick, Red pick, Red pick, Blue pick), then THE fourth pick on each team bans a champion. Picks #3 and #4 should pick at this point (Red pick, Blue pick, Blue pick, Red pick), followed by the last ban by pick #5. Once both picks #5 have banned and selected their champion, it will be a total of 10 picked, 10 banned, and a whole lot more strategy in champion select.

P.S. I know Dota has a different champion select format than LoL, but I've never played Dota nor do I know the format for champ select in that game, so apologies if this is a direct copy from that.
