A spell shield that refreshes faster with levels that eventually has a 8 second cool down?
Not like I have seen something like this before. I really doubt this going to be nerfed multiple times and become garbage will be perfectly balanced when it goes live.
Chaos Milk Tea3 votesno it's just 40 seconds they changed it.
Evêñtfûl Hôrïzôñ2 votesThey just changed it to a flat amount of 40 seconds. Nice try, though.
Oakleaf Ranger1 votesI checked ss@20, hasn't changed there.
Evêñtfûl Hôrïzôñ1 votesThat's odd, I saw it used to be from 45-8 or something seconds depending on level, but they changed it to 40 on all levels. I highly doubt Riot would ever let a mage have a low cooldown item like that anyway.
Ben Sharpio1 voteseveryone and their fucking moms and dads are going to be building this
