@Riot any plans for AP supports

I'm wondering this for a while now. Are their any plans on a reworks towards AP supports? Whe all remember how the cc scaling with ability power worked out back in season 4. Don't we . Most of those changes are reverted in the end but we still didn't got any further with the solution. Don't get we wrong things got a lot better now we have items like . I still feel we need a little bit more to fit everything into place.

Their are some untraditional supports that worked out really well with items like . I think it might be intressting to get some support items that can actualy pull something off like that. I think the idea to give supports more cc over time could be intressting. I just think the concept idea was just not fully executed yet.

What about an item that provides the following passive:

• UNIQUE Passive: Increase the power of slows by 20%.

This would fit the playstyle of focus on AP support the mainly focus arround creating picks.
