Stop acting like every champion will suddenly start the game with Sated Devourer

If you normally go cinderhulk, you aren't just magically getting sated devourer as well. If you normally go warrior, you still aren't magically getting sated devourer.

Stop acting like champions like Shen or Rengar will be stronger because they have an on-hit effect.

Yeah, there will be some strong cases. But people are acting like everyone with an on-hit effect is being buffed. Many of them need the AD and CDR of warrior. Many of them need the tankiness of Cinderhulk. Before you say this item is too strong, consider that they're choosing to buy no AD and no tankiness just to get attack speed and on-hit damage...until Sated turns on. But then it starts falling off compared to crit builds late-game anyway. It's a strong item but you sacrifice a lot early and late game to buy it.

You wouldn't say, "OMG Cinderhulk is gonna make master yi broken with all that health!!" Because 99% of the time, he absolutely would not buy it.

So stop saying things like, "OMG new Devourer is gonna make X-Tank (who only ever builds Cinderhulk) broken with all those free on-hit effects!!"

Just my 2 cents.

I think the problem champs with this item will be MasterYi and on-hit Fizz, but like you said they do sacrifice a lot in order to get it, but at the same time the item was bought on them before this buff regardless.

A master Yi doing a Double Strike (which is an on-hit effect) then Phantom Strike with item 3153 (8% HP x 2), item 3074 (20-60% AD x 2), item 3718 (60 Magic Damage x 2 + 162 True Damage~3 Seconds x 2), Wuju Style (30+20% AD True Damage x 2), and each hit will count as an attack to reset Double Strike, giving him 6 on-hit effects every 3 hits unless I'm terribly mistaken. That's a fuckton of potential damage, not factoring in enemy resistances, Yi's AD/ArmorPen/Lifesteal etc

Amen. Mindless forum zombies just grouping together to bitch and moan every time a new item/champ/rework gets released.

"LOL RUNEGLAIVE SO OP GG JUNGLE KASS/VEIGAR/ANNIE NEW BROKEN META"

Yeah...and how many of those have you seen so far? Let alone regular AP junglers using runeglaive to begin with? Idiots.

I heard someone complain about Vayne picking this up...

Because Vayne is totally going to take Smite, buy a 2k item that grants just AS, and farm 30 mobs/15 champs for this effect without being stopped.

Last I checked things like teemo Poison and kalye's Righteous Fury are both on hit effects.

This means that every other auto attack when a kayle has this item and a nashors will do (15+.15AP + 60 + .25AP + 40% AD) *2 aka 75 + .80AP + .80 AD.

This also means that things like Irelia's true damge will proc twice on every other auto attack. you would think I would be happy about it but given how easy many champs will be able to abuse it I am not.

It is just too over the top on some things is the problem. perhaps if it was every 4th attack did it then it wouldn't be so bad but even warwick ult will likely be a problem with this item again just not as soon aka 6 attacks turn into an effective 9.

It is too over the top currently, that is the problem.

Actually, tank-Yi became a thing with cinderhulk, making use of his fairly naturally high sustained damage and damage reduction from meditate.

Anyway, on topic:

People remember feral flare. People remember how it was absolutely unfun for anyone BUT the jungler. Say you were a feral flare jungler vs. a non-feral flare jungler. Your team got the joys of fighting a 4V5 for 15-20 minutes while you AFK farmed. The enemy jungler got the joy of working to make ganks work and putting pressure on the map only to end up incredibly far behind because you AFK farmed. The enemy team as a whole got the joy of haveing the opposing jungler appear on the map for the first time and mysteriously do double the damage of anyone else in the game.

And before someone brings up counterjungling to slow down the stacking: we have a jungle item specifically designed to promote counterjungling. Its best use is in labeling players that buy it as noob players, simply because counterjungling is incredibly risky, unreliable, and unrewarding.

I have a question. I dont fully understand how this item works. So it says on hit effects does that mean if Akali were to jungle (Not saying she would or will) and I threw my q on a monster and proc my q with a basic attack the q damage is 2ce the effect? Or if I use W on elise in spider form does that mean I get double the attack speed? Im really confused about this item. And how does it work with other items? Lich Bane/Tri force? I am very confused.
