Does Yasuo's ult qualify him for the new shield mastery?

I believe his knock up will, but his ult I'm not sure.
He'd also need to take 18 in resolve, which I don't think benefits him much at all.

His ult will, it counts as CC thats why you can GP orange that shit.
But I wasn't sure if suppressions counted for procing the shields. I assumed it was only stuns and knock ups.

And displacements dear sir
In any case, the ability reads as "any hard cc" and suppression is definitely hard cc.

To be on the safe side it'd probably be better to just take out all flat values from colossus and either:
Make it 8% max HP shield per nearby champion or try out something like 16% bonus HP per nearby champion (to truly fortify the fact that this is a tank/juggernaut mastery keynote).
The only potential issue with 16% bonus HP is that it could be rather useless early game. 8% max HP with no flat values at all is probably the way to go.
He should get it off of 3rd Q proc.
i dont see how this would be more beneficial to him than 60 ad.
i mean the mastery even scales with maximum health, so ... meh.

which makes it even worse. the shield has a decently long cooldown. what does the shield do for him, when he triggers it at 800 units away from the enemy?
By the way the new damage tree offers more than twice the damage than it did previously.
