Can we agree that making Panth's Q and W skillshots will already be enough to make him a great champ

Like, come on. You get counterplay and a more interactive and interesting kit. Maybe his W could slow on the outer circle of the impact and stun when he lands right on top of you (inner circle) kind of like Ziggs' ult functions, and Q would be a simple, skillshot. The same as it is, except you have to aim it.. And it probably still gets stuck in minions. So what do you think? With some animation updates and what I wrote above, I believe Panth has the potential to be one of the coolest champs in the game. Still lane dominant, good roaming potential and not scaling too well into late.

EDIT: You're not understanding.. All abilities that are turned into skillshots always get buffed. Being a skillshot without any other changes, the ability can be used to scout areas, get over terrain without needing targets to do so, hit that Teemo in the brush, you can throw your Q without having to get so close to an enemy when chased, and the ability instantly becomes more interesting and interactive. You literally just mashed the dislike button without even giving it 2 seconds of thought.
