Make jhin ult slow ONLY target below 30% hp
an adc should NOT EVER have 2 engage almost globals ability, riot designed it to be an execute no?
also remove his MS gain from landing ult and W

Disagree with the number but agree with the concept.
Jhin ult should NOT be an initiator. Pro play has shown that is pretty broken / is using up a lot of the champion's power potential.
There however should still be some penalty for getting hit.
I agree with the other post suggesting the slow could scale with % missing HP. I would also be fine with Jhin ult only slowing targets below say, 75% HP.
I entirely agree with the idea behind this post (it's brilliant tbh...) - Jhin ult should never slow a full health target. You shouldn't die / have to burn flash because you got hit by a 3000 range ability that lets his team follow up when you were in a perfectly reasonable spot at full health with all of your regular cooldowns available...
Except both are extremely thin skillshots that are bodyblockable? Dodge or stay with your team.
Also conveniently forgetting about all his downsides and listing only strengths is cute.
the slow should just be missing % hp. might even be a 0-99% slow because as you say, full hp targets should not be slowed and 10 % hp targets might as well get the 90% slow because the shot will kill most of them before it gets to slow them.
He doesn't get a MS boost from landing his ult.
Unless the crit on his fourth bullet counts.
Also he only gets the W MS boost when he fulfilled the requirment of getting it to root someone.
It actually doesnt need a slow at all, they could completely remove it and jhin would still be top tier, he just has legit no weakness right now, strong at all phases of the game (is a lane bully that scales insanely well into the late game WHILE having a mid game high power spike build), theres no reason to pick any other ad if jhin is up.
How bout a slow that's lesser, but ramps up as the enemy's hp goes down?
how about NO CHANGE and get back to playing the game, eh?
