Now that Courage of The Colossus is gone, will you revert the Poppy nerf that it caused?

Back when CoTC replaced Strength of The Ages in the old masteries, Poppy was an unkillable monster even after the nerfs it got, so her passive's shield duration was dramatically reduced. Right now, I've no idea if she's in a good or bad spot, but I think it's not right to nerf a champion for being too strong thanks to X mastery, rune or item and then leaving them as they are after X mastery, rune or item is nerfed or removed.
