Some people make accurate and reasonable statements about a broken or OP champ

Turns out it doesn't matter and people downvote them. If those champs were balanced then they would be correct but applying that logic to OP or UP champs even just make you a laughing stock.

Is this about this thread? https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/X5G40EHH-alister-nerf-in-the-pbe-sigh-yep-riot-hate-tanks

You realize Alistar has 98% pick/ban in worlds right now?

You realize Alistar has a 68% winrate in worlds right now?

You realize Alistar has the second-highest pickrate and highest winrate out of all supports with 5% or higher pickrate in KR Plat+?

Yes?

Popular threads are mainly just an appeal to emotions anyway. If I just make a thread called "nerf kaisa, thanks" it would get more upvotes than an articulate explanation of why kaisa is problematic (unless it addressed the situation with a long amount of echochamber statements impossible to argue against)

You shouldn't take it so seriously

I remember when Zoe came out. People complained about her and got insta down-voted. then 1 month later, that all changes. My guess is that people keep appealing to authority such as gold-challenger, instead of having their own opinions.
