literally

Why do people use the word that's purpose is to designate you're not exaggerating to exaggerate?

it's not terrible. Manaflow already got nerfed twice, chaps are more expensive and tear is better on scaling champs than the guys that dish out really ugly damage early on.

You're saying this as if bruisers, tanks, marksmen, supports and assassins run out of mana.

Bruisers and ADCs do run out of Mana very quickly though lol. Tanks do as well if they don't rush a Mana item

The only champ I had mana issues with was pre-reworked poppy and jayce. For the most part, proper mana management with situational mana items would allow them to last just as long in lane phase as mages before going oom.

What situational Mana item do you build on MonkeyKing Darius Illaoi JarvanIV Jax Talon Trundle Nocturne Fiora Jhin Jinx MissFortune Quinn etc without absolutely kneecapping yourself in lane exactly?

For the most part, proper mana management

That's legitimately the entire point. All these champs have to be super careful their abilities as opposed to spamming 5 full rotations and still being at half Mana lol. Trying to imply these other classes don't have far greater mana issues than mages is absolutely absurd. Those other classes run out of Mana extremely quickly

I would consider any items that give mana, mana items or mana refund like essence reaver. Things like frozen heart, ibg, triforce, abyssal mask, righteous glory, essence reaver. All of the champions you listed only have to deal with a low mana pool early game, by mid-late game, they wouldn't really have mana problems. Even mages with mana items will run out of mana if they're consistently spamming their rotations like Brand Brand Anivia Ahri.

Looking at champion stats, I'll pull fiora out of your list compared to ahri.

Fiora level 1 has 300 mana, Q ->20 mana, W ->50 mana, E -> 40 mana at level 1 in skill. Ahri level 1 has 334 mana, Q -> 65 mana, W -> 50 mana, E -> 85 mana at level 1 in skill.

At level 18 with 0 mana item on fiora she has 980 mana, Q -> 40 mana, W -> 50 mana, E -> 60 mana, R -> 100 mana. I have yet to see a fiora complain about mana issue even 0 mana item because their mana pool is large enough to do all the things they need to do. Obviously if a mages buy mana items, they will have more chances to use their spells, but to the point where other classes lose because they run out of mana is absurd. Not to mention we have manaless bruisers/assassins who can spam 5 full rotations without even losing 1 mana.

sona heal reach 100 mana very quickly, if you want to use it regularly, buy a tear, or cry for real.

I could just spam with Velkoz with the t2 supp ap item and the chapter. Add the mana cost reduction on Q hits, you just never run out of mana.
