I believe sion also gets his stacks but you are terrible at last hitting and cant tell if you are or not in that mode
doiminat0r36001 votesSame thing happens with any champion that gets stats when killing a minion. Idk if it happens with Nasus but it doesnt happen with Karthus E passive. Cant get that 40 mana back for killing a unit.
