I actually dont think Neeko should ever have made it to PBE with her current kit

I dont like the champ at all

we dont need another snare ability in LoL imo. Lux,Ivern and Morgana already do a good job of snaring. Neeko's Snare kinda reminds me of a power creeped Lux Snare. Lux snare stops on 2 but Neeko goes up to 3?

Neeko's Trickster Glass Passive belongs on LeBlanc imo while her W belongs on Wukong obviously since its practically the same thing but it moves! Neeko's R seems almost like a weird semi-powercreep version on Nunu ult which I also do not like. It doesn't have the AS slow sure but I mean it more than makes up for it in how she can channel it while moving.

this means the only new other mechanic I think she brings to the game is her Q which is just kinda at its core just a toss n forget Waveclear ability and nothing too special (fancy Tormented Soil anyone?).

all in all I think from a gameplay standpoint this champion never should have seen the light of day. It should have been sacrificed on an altar,dissected and had its meaningful bits fed to the current struggling champ pool! Which is a shame really because I find the aesthetics of champion very nice.

tl;dr this champion should never have made it out of Internal testing. It should have been broken down and salvaged for the well being of the other neglected champions in the game. Now because she exist either a year from now she gets reworked OR need to find a new ability themes that might not work or make sense for them.

my other gripe is that a lot of her kit seems like it requires too much coordination (especially verbal and "in-the-now") which is hard to come by if not impossible in a soloQ environment due to how scared Riot is of allowing players to voice chat. I really think that due to this the character will end up another failfish "trick" that only works 1/10 times like Rework LeBlancs global clone fake-out or those occasional bronze Shaco's who R in a brush then walk them up to an enemy thinking they're so sneaky (because Shaco TOTALLY just attacks you by walking up and never engages with deceive right? yeah thats totally you bro. how clever you are...).

Anyways yeah. This is another case where a champion is chocked full of things that would been perfect on other champs Kinda Like how fulfills a better sniper Fantasy than which really leaves Caitlyn sour and waiting on a "proper" rework.

really disappointed with this one but w/e.
