"As an X Champion main, he needs buffs."

I so especially love a post like this. Especially ones of dominant laners, like Riven or Zed.

A week or so ago I saw a post from a Riven main saying that she was crap and countered by almost everyone in the top lane. I lol'd so hard.

If they suck so much, why the hell do you play them? xD And Riven... no. Nobody ever say Riven gets countered by most people in the top lane or I will rip my eyeballs out.

Did it happen to be Rivenlovejoy?

Yes, yes it was. And according to UltraSceptile she's just a troll. Surprise surprise.

Either way, seen more than just threads by RivenLoveJoy. I once saw someone saying Yasuo was total shit and needed buffs. Lel.

You don't main champs because they're broken OP. There were season 4 diamond 1 urgot mains. Didn't make him a god tier champ that didn't deserve buffs back then. I'm sick of hearing this. "Oh you main a champ that means you're biased if they weren't broken OP played in lCS 24/7 you wouldn't main them fuckboy"

Riven buff threads are pretty much satire. Especially if they're by Riven Lovejoy.

Zed is honestly not a dominant laner unless you are twisted fate or you misplayed the lane. He has a safer laning phase compared to other assassins and is stronger in the laning phase compared to other assassins, but falls off late game and has a difficult time teamfighting. A dominant laner would be heimer or cho, who are pretty much unbeatable in a 1 v 1 and are unkillable during laning phase.

Don't need to. However if they suck I doubt you're going to be playing them to climb.

I love playing Dr. Mundo. He's so awesome and fun to play, but honestly he's not someone I would play in my ranked games, and because of that he's not my main. Instead I main Rumble, who is quite a good champ in top, mid, and even jungle, and he's someone that could help me climb. Also Renekton, but I find him to be kind of boring...

Doesn't need to be played in the LCS or some shit, never said they did, but when you're saying your main is underpowered, especially when someone says "I climbed to Diamond 1 with X champion and I can say he is total shit." It just makes me lol so hard. If he's shit how did you climb with him? Even if you're good at him, other people are good at their champs too and they should be beating you, right?

No, being a one trick pony is what makes climbing so easily, not that many people ARE one trick ponies in soloqueue until very high up. The majority of players play a large variety of champs, and thus cannot beat someone who plays one champ solely and knows everything about every match up. Back in season 4 EVERYONE said urgot was trash, not just like the 2 diamond 1 players who mained him.

Like let me say this. You can kill someone by whipping a belt over them until they're bleeding like hell and die from massive bloodloss. If you were to become a serial killer you could use this method to kill. But if you were to just shoot them, things would be a lot easier, right? Same with maining champs in ranked. You can play anything to get to diamond 1, just as you can use anything to kill a person. But, just like whipping someone until they die isn't the most efficient method of murdering, playing urgot isn't as viable as playing someone like kha back in season 4. Urgot definitely needed buffs, whether someone managed to main them to diamond 1 doesn't mean they are viable in soloqueue, don't even mention LCS.

You make a good point, but I still stand by my own. If you're good enough to be that good at a champion, you shouldn't be thinking "my champion is so underpowered..." you should be thinking "LOL this champ is so good" even if it isn't, and its just your skill. If you're that clung to the idea that your champion is bad, I don't see why you play him. At least, in Ranked. Maybe if your champion suddenly gets gutted, and you go in and think "Wow, wtf did they do to this guy?" then make a post, sure, rant about how they gutted your champ, that's totally fine. But when you're champion hasn't been touched in weeks, and you make a post about it now, all I can do is think you're on tilt and raging.

Riven gets countered by most people in the top lane. Have fun at the hospital.

As a Viktor main, he needs nerfs.

As a Nasus main, he needs buffs.

No seriously, the reduced armor and increased cost on item 3110 is going to dumpster him and he will need immediate compensation.

Waffletimewarp2 votes

As a Singed main, he's honestly alright. He could use a few buffs but he rides such a fine line of easily countered to the most unbearable bastard ever it's not worth the inevitable nerfs

while i'm no main i can say the following on champions like zed riven and yasuo -zed ... to much of his power is debatable due to the way he is countered by items ... this means that his kit gets to have more power in it to compensate ... that's a crappy balance since it FORCES you to get those items whether you like them or not under a threat of losing the game -Riven ... too feast or famine ... either she snowballs and her strengths totally cover her weaknesses so you get an unfair fight between a champion that kills you easily ... can always catch you and is too durable for you to have a chance of killing him if she fails she is kinda weak ... still couple kills bring her back into game -Yasuo ... same case as riven but not as harsh since he has some power allocated in his utility and unlike riven he takes some skill to play as his autos are skillshots so he can miss some and his gapclosing is weaker still if he plays his cards right ... he can oneshot people in mid game on the other hand yasuo who got beaten up ... doesn't get back into the game so easily

overall all 3 are balanced .... but that's a shitty balance for both sides

Exactly. But they are in fact all lane dominaters. Whether they go into the late strong or not, they will dominate lane unless they fuck up and feed their laner, or don't farm or something.

I would. :I Fid's in a pretty good place right now, with good jungle sustain and fair clear, good 1v1 power and team fight power if he can get off his ult right, and the only real problem with him is his mana costs, and it would just be insane if he could just spam his heal, he'd be one of the most dominant laners in the game if he could. :I

LaceUp233 votes

Fiddles has the highest average games played by his playerbase and still ranks 32/42 overall for junglers. "pretty good place".

Or are you going by his support role where he ranks 25/26?

Droogzy1 votes

Fiddle in a good place?

Lol he got dumpstered by the changes to Runeglaive, He is the only primary jungler champion who doesn't build the full jungle item. He or the Runeglaive item needs looking at.

Nerfs Runeglaive Suddenly, Fiddle is underpowered even though his mains never built the jungle item in the first place, nor do you need to.

Only most people did in fact build Magus, and only now do people no longer build the jungle item.

You think Yasuo is a dominant laner. No one should take you seriously.

Uh, actually yeah they did build Magus, it was a stupidly great cost efficient item for fiddle to get, and not only that, you usually get the full item completed by the time you're level 6, which gives you 20% CDR right before your first gank with an ultimate that has an incredibly long cool down.
