Can't use Bard E on Taliyah's R wall
Any reason why is this not possible?Is it just an overlook or a design choice.Because if the latter i would like a really good explanation to it.

that's because if she got rid of it then the portal would be floating in the air glitchy af and bard+taliayh would be op since she could ult then he uses an e to follow her and the rest of the team goes in
Does Bard E work on any player made terrain? 
Bard E works on terrain which refers to the map itself rather than temporary abilities made by champions
It does not work on any playermade terrain. This is intentional.
