A champion being worse than another doesn't imply they are harder.
Darius is much easier than Lee Sin, even if he is worse in high elo.

Who is Taliyah1 votesThere is not only mechanics that bring you into high elo. Your mechanics can be average, but if your macro play is excellent and your shot callings work out just right, you will climb much higher and faster than someone with good mechanics, but poor macros.

Theres mechanics like csing, wave manipulation, trading and trading in regards of wave manipulation, then theres macro, decision making like map movements, roaming, matchups, positioning in teamfights, reaction time, positioning in lane, lane priority, freezing, ganking, setting up ganks, warding, game knowledge, jungle routs and doing them efficiently..... and a million more. A fucking soraka that only w in lane sitting behind her carry is a useless iron 4 garbage, comparing to a challenger playing her positioning, trading, wave manipulation help and understanding only in a mechanical way.
