Riot needs a smart AI system for making automatic hotfix balance adjustments
They just can't keep up with the workload, and need an unbia$ed, statistics based approach to keep the game healthy and playable.

Seeing as the boards exploded when Riot was considering giving Yasuo some buffs as he’s underperforming statistically, I don’t think you would find a “unbiased” AI better for your idea of balance, even if such a system existed.
System would have to take ban rates into account.

System would have to take ban rates into account.
It would also take into account any curves, the thing Riot likes to bring up, but ignore for most champions. Yasuo only does bad on average. He's strong enough Koreans are still using him bot lane with success. It would be like saying Ryze needs buffs right now instead of nerfs because he too is "under performing" on average.
If Riot wants Yasuo to have an average 50%+ win rate, then just get him a flatter curve, it's absurd to say Yasuo is weak just because some random person can't outperform everything by just picking him up with zero practice, the same is true for any other champion with a curve.
To be fair, that was because yasuo wasn't underperforming and riot for some reason didn't realize a high ban rate artificially deflates winrates. If the ai system actually accounted for stuff like pick and ban rate, there would have never been a yasuo buff proposal for people to qq about.

Severe issues found. Large discrepancy in win percentages found in champions Azir, Gnar, Corki, Ryze, Kalista detected. Deploying multiple hotfix buffs to ability damage and scaling.
Balance is subjective though
No, it isn't.
But it is though
Teemo will get his movespeed buff!
