Veigar is actually the most broken mid in soloq atm

Something about giving him 2 buffs every patch turned him into the strongest mid laner in the game, who would have guessed? Abuse while you can for freelo.

Or y'know, he could not play like an idiot, so more likely Zed out damages Viegar early game and can bully him out of lane, establishes a lead in CS or maybe even levels then builds a hexdrinker, and avoids ulting Veigar when his E isn't on cool down, and if Veigar is playing super safe he roams and snowballs off of side lanes, Veigar needs to scale before he can one shot anything, it's pretty hard for him to scale when he's getting bullied out..

The overall point here is that he's not OP, he's OK maybe, but he is far from a free win. If you're really worried about facing him just learn to play Galio, you have enough wave clear to keep him trying to stack under his tower, you can build early MR without sacrificing damage and with his low mobility you shouldn't have too much trouble landing your skill shots.

He actually has two ults. His stun cage is like a better version of Thresh's ult.

Ahri Has mobility and a 52.05% win rate in solo queue in platinum and above according to op.gg. All of the champions listed above her have zero mobility and a higher win rate than Ahri.

Mobility is no longer the cool thing in mid lane, cc is. CC is what wins games after all. Top lane is strong and needs to be kited and locked down, most champions with mobility can not do both of these. Assassins can not duel top lane and lack the tools to save themselves and others from top lane. All of these champions are op in this meta, but viegar in particular is a completely broken champion.

He is not Kats hardest counter. Chogath Is and has been forever.

I believe that the Chogath vs Katarina counter is the hardest counter in game.

His auto attacks on minions will damage you when you try to cs, when he kills minions he heals and gets mana back. He has a knock up and a silence that you WILL have to itemize for. His ultimate can not be itemized for and he will kill you with it when he lands his combo, eventually he will land his combo.

When you see a Chogath mid you can rest assured that he was picked specifically to counter you. He will not forget about you after lane phase, he will ping the fck out of the map the very moment he loses vision of you. This person did not pick cho because he likes him, his only purpose is to invalidate you. At no point in the game will mid cho forget about you, he will always have cc ready for your engage.

Your only hope is non stop camping of mid lane by your jungler. Even if this is successful and you make it out of laning phase, he will still be everywhere you need to be. Cho will be waiting, watching and preparing himself for your next move. This individual does not care about the out come of the game. He will not peel Jax off of his ADC because with the most malicious of intents, he has focused his gaze on you. This individuals only concern is the complete and utter destruction of Katarina and he has all of the tools he needs to accomplish his goals.

Your only hope after lane phase is your team. You must make them understand that unless cho is killed or flees from battle you simply can not fight. There is no win condition for you at all. Ping him furiously during team fights and if fortune favors you, your team will actually focus him and remove him so that you can actually participate in the game.

Top lane cho is different (although to be feared), this guy actually likes cho and is playing to win the game. Top lane cho will sometimes forget about Katarina, due to jax jumping onto his adc.

Broken isn't the first word that comes to mind for Veigar, annoying maybe, but since his stun changes he's a lot less obnoxious than he used to be. He is a bit under rated but there are stronger mid laners for sure.

I dont know guys what you ahave drunken but this champ is literally the most op champion over all. his q and his w makes insane aoe damage and his ult does have a rlly low couldown. also his ult oneshoot everyone. he is at the time rlly broken and op.
