Kog maw is actually breaking the game and is broken tier
But it's best to complain about an overrated noob stomper like Udyr, because he's melee.

Naw...Kog still requires skill to play....as (with his OP build and all) he is SO EASILY killed. Sure, he puts out stupid amounts of damage..but he is 2 shot by pretty much anyone in the game and has no escape mechanic in his build. Any decent assassin will have a field day with Kog'Maw.
I agree that his kit (particularly his w) is overloaded and in the current meta he is too strong. He does however, have counterplay.
