1 - in progress, she's getting AS nerfed 2 - already feed or famine champ, just needs an AP scale nerf on her Q imo. 3 - her kit's ridiculously full of CC, but it's one of those things you can't circumnavigate without gutting her. 4 - How do you propose that? feed or famine champ, relies on resets to be useful in her role as a janitor.

Ehem. Mobile champions do not need to be out damaging and out CCing non mobile champions. Resource less champions should have way higher cooldowns than mana gated champions. Mobility needs to be countered by anti-mobility champions, not by nerfing anti-mobility champions COUGH COUGH VEIGAR You do not nerf an item because of it's synergy with one champion then nerf said champion(warwick and devour enchant) And you do not nerf a summoner spell because of 3 problematic people expecting it to alleviate a problem and help gapcloserless champions (Chilling smite)
