PASSIVE: Vayne's basic attacks and abilities mark her target with Silver Bolts for 3 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. The third stack consumes all Silver Bolts on the target to deal them true damage.

TRUE DAMAGE: 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% of target's maximum health)

Changed to:

PHYSICAL OR MAGIC DAMAGE : 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+ 4 / 5 / 6 / 7 / 8% of target's maximum health)

That would hurt squishies more than tanks.

A good nerf would be if they removed the flat true damage from silver bolts entirely, tbh.

This right here is a good idea! Vayne mains always complain though and say true damage isnt the problem lol. I think changing it to magic or physical would be great to be honest. Tank buster is a really stupid idea when the champion busts everything equally...

Honestly I'd rather just remove the flat true damage on her Silver Bolts, giving it ONLY the % max health TD, keeping it relatively effective on tanks, while significantly decreasing its effectiveness on squishy opponents.

they already said they wouldn't touch her true damage aside from maybe lowering/removing its base honestly she probably just needs some base stat nerfs

What if we remove the base damage and instead give her scaling true damage that starts at 2%? This way she will have to consider building actual damage instead of attack speed, resulting in less bork abuse.

Instead of true damage to Maximum's health, they can just change to true damage to current's health. It doesn't take away too much of what she's designed, but still nerf her damage output

Her real issue the insane ad steroids from her ult and q. Vayne don't get punished if she builds as istead of ad. This true damage is applied on every third hit and the counter will reset if you hit another opponent. It's not the real problem. Corki can deal 30% of his ad as true damage under 3 AA and nobody crying about it.
