Jo Riot, can we replace the Ruby Crystal/Amp tome in Rylais with a Giant's belt?
And adjust the stats to 400 HP/70 AP for 2700 gold?
As things currently stand the item looks way too slot inefficient.

Malicious Metal1 votesIt takes up an entire item slot come late game that's "filled" with less gold.
Like, Dcap is 3800 gold fitted in one item slot, Protobelt is 2500.
HazyCloud71 votesAnd on top of being slot inefficient it is also fairly gold inefficient too. From 101% gold efficiency w/o passive on live to 92% on PBE w/o the passive. And the passive is obviously a lot less valuable on pbe.
