You can catch her as Nasus because of wither and its attackspeed debuff meaning less dashes plus the movement speed slow. But you will still get kited through it somewhat and this is only in a 1v1 situation and unless you are Vayne with QSS, an adc should never allow themselves to be in a 1v1 situation with Nasus.

If its a teamfight, nasus ain't making it past her front line.

item 3140 + item 3006 and nasus cant catch her even with wither. (the boots increase her dash distance)

and god help you if she takes summoner 1 ...
