Regendinger.. A new way to enrage enemies with Heimer.

You thought locking in Heimerdinger was enough to instantly tilt your laning opponent? Think again! With this setup they'll be on the verge of tears in laning phase.

Marks - Mpen/Flat AD Seals - HP regen. Marks - MR/CDR/AP Quints - HP Regen.

Combined with these runes and an 18/0/12 + a rejuv bead start setup you BEGIN the game with 40 hp/5. Enemies will become so annoying that you shrug off any poke while free farming. It will cause them to play carelessly and tilt them right from the start. Bonus if you spam your champion mastery or taunts!

It doesn't stop there, your common build will most of the time be.. item 3092 item 3060 item 3512 item 3158 .. With just this core you're a turret pushing monster with 140 hp/5.

Then finish your build accordingly with any of the following.. item 3157 item 3116 item 3089 item 3135

item 3065 is vs HEAVY AP, this will push your regen to obscene amounts. (270 hp/5 if i recall correctly)

Enjoy. I played this exclusively at the start of last season to Plat within 20 games. Haven't done it much yet this season but plan to start.

Perfect counters to this build are: Braum, Galio, Maokai, Leona, Syndra, and Zyra.

Actually played against a Heimer as Zyra...it was turret vs plant and we were dead even.

You forgot a Sion in that list (He's a good counter to heimer). Problem is if you're top lane they still have to always pull someone off to handle you / the Zz'Rot Portal or lose a inhib. Literally you can go 0/6 pretty much and still apply enough pressure to turn things around everywhere else.

Syndra can't do anything vs a banner rush. Galio doesn't have the mana pool to constantly clear + dealing with a banner siege minion. It's been a long time since I played into a Mao though.

Galio...mine is pure MR/Armor. So he can deal with most AP champs

I don't think he can afford a void staff rush, would make him a bit weak vs Heimer initially

Well i ended up taking Support role. But i still went regendinger. My build was follows - item 3065 item 3165 item 3512 item 3060 item 3027 item 3092

The tankiness really catches the enemies off guard. I was unkillable in lane. Amazing build, i'll be keeping it in use. Thank you

We won the game thanks to split pushing. it was a 60minute game, rediculous. Putting portal in bot lane, then bill(banner of command minion) in top lane and vice-versa, really catches them off guard(cause you know, everyone likes to team mid and leave top and bot alone). It was an amazing game and even though i had a lot of utility, my presence was very strong.

Played again. Exact same build, mid lane this time vs a Corki. Went 4/1/13. At times he blew 1/3 or 1/2 my hp in one trade.. But it heals up so fast.... The sustain is amazing

This isn't new... it's been a thing ever since the Donger rework. It IS however, much stronger now that they added Zz'rot portal and even more so in the "errmahgerd splitpush always" meta that riot has created. It's a little boring but very effective.

I've built it before and it works well as a 5th/6th item or you can rush it for dmg + sustain, it takes a long while to build though is the main issue,

I actually do something similar. I have scaling armor seals, scaling cdr quints and glyphs and hybrid pen marks running 0/18/12. Start off with a item 1029 , item 1006 and item 2003 and take their red and back. get second item 1006 and port topside. the red gives you more kill pressure and lets you stick to them easier. from there rush either item 3060 or item 3512 , then get item 3116 , item 3151 and item 3083 finish with item 3135 and item 3089

I think the Warmog is a bit overkill, because you have so much regen in combat the out of combat bonus wouldnt really matter.

The work of this guys is incredible because he is high elo and offers a new heimerdinger play style for fun and for ranked!
