What is the meaning of this? Isn't it enough that most AP items were nerfed in the preseason?

If anything, Malzahar needs buffs, at least QoL buffs like being able to cast Q and E while moving and a fix to voidling AI after Malzahar dies. No reason why he should have to stop to cast any of his basic spells when he's flying in the air! Syndra can cast Q and W without stopping, and she has CC that doesn't CC herself. Is that fair? I'm sure she'll be next on the nerf train after Malzahar, Brand, Swain and Anivia.
