Would it be Ok if Kalista's Ult deal damage

I know there is a problem with her that if you buff her pro-play scene will explode again into, but then did that happen since she got gutted back then ? You can't gut something and then say It's fine now that she isn't close to being viable.

I think giving her ult dmg would be a good way to make her kit less unrewarding like it is now. she basically has 2 spells that she can use on her own to deal damage and a third that requires your companion to AA the target you do.

I think it would't be game breaking since her ult is easy to fail, especially in Solo-Q and it would give her engage a bit more than just a knock up without any damage to compete with some of the more meta picks.

( And PS: get finally rid of that stupid passive that let's her AA's disappear into nowhere as soon as the target walks out of vision, no other champion in the game has that as far as i know, it's just unnecessary )

she's actually not that bad right now. She's hard to play well, but the changes to rend made her easier to pick up.

Kalista needs the passive reworked, otherwise she can't be allowed to be stronger than she is. This is pretty much Riot and community (maybe? It's divided on many things) stance on her.

That said, currently she's not that bad anymore.

But one thing makes me wonder:

I think it would't be game breaking since her ult is easy to fail,

Her ult is nearly impossible to fail, what do you mean?

If you're playing in solo-que, it can take a bit to catch on how the skill works. I cringed hard when Kalista use R on me as Janna. In concept, sure I can Ulti them and use it like Gragas might. In how it played out on the other hand, I fumbled it 90% of the time to start since I didn't know how it actually worked. The Kalista messed up timing and kept locking me in the ultimate mid-fight. The Kalista ulted the support, not the heavy-engage jungler or tankier CC teammates.

This ultimate has such a wide berth for failure based purely on design. If you don't know it inside and out, it's both startling to the target, easy to flub and not fun unless you're in a premade more often than not.

Dunno, I never had any problems with figuring out how it works. I feel like it's pretty straightforward. I guess it might be a bit confusing the first time you see it, but frankly - you shouldn't be playing ranked until you at least have a vague idea of what all champs do (that or just play and proceed to call Galio an infinite health hacker).
