His hook is on a 7.2 second cooldown [ONLY WHEN YOU MISS] But if you hit the hook, when the hook ends it'll be on a 3-4 second cooldown. :s

Just thought I'd share this wonderful advice^_^

This frequency of hooks won me a losing game.

a hook is only gud if ur team is able to kill the person u hook
