Despite Soraka being truly antifun with a 1.2 sec OP heal, Op mobility, and op scaling. Here it is,

Soraka needs to be balanced ASAP, she's destroying yolo queue as we know it.

Really. That's it. for just 800 gold you can cut 40% off her healing power except the ult....and then you just reapply it.

she's not that big of an issue in higher elo to be honest. in diamond 5 already about every second game i am, after the first back i see a item 3123 , which is like eternal summoner 3 for soraka. well and good luck against that, a 800 gold item that counters 40% of what you do. And it does reduce her ult healing also, because they removed a few patches back the grievious wounds removal from soraka's R.
