@Riot, disable Jhin from being bannable in dynamic queue.
Jhin is BANNABLE and I'm now in my 2nd match where he's been banned. Please fix this. :/

Bannable but unplayable. And this isn't pbe, this is LIVE.
You don't understand man, we have to keep him in his cage. WE MUST NOT UNLEASH JHIN. Every ban that is used on Jhin shall prevent him from being unleashed and wreaking havoc onto the world
No, people can ban whoever they want, especially in ranked draft, to stop new op's and stupid teammates from picking new champs they cant play.
It is a bit odd, but until it's addressed we need to just let the banners know that Jhin doesn't need to be banned

While being able to ban Jhin is a problem (had it happen in one game already), the bigger problem is the idiots that can't read patch notes and don't realize he isn't out for another week. They are just so Butt Hurt by a new champ release that they waste a ban.
Common things I hear that make me cringe when we all get in game and spawn:
I understand there might be occasions where you were MIA for a while due to IRL stuff, but #4 was the worst. Which meant they are up-to-date on current happenings in League, but made NO attempt to read the patch notes. R.I.P. reading.

Riot logic
Well the player whos banning fault. The bug can be avoided entirely by just not banning him. Just let your teammates know in pregame to not ban jhin
Banned but still unable to be played? Or playable but being banned.
Wouldn't it be just as much trouble to just release him as to fix this bug, now that the patch is live?
