Is it just me, or do games feel hard to come back in now?

It's not the rune changes or the damage, if those were the only changes then things wouldn't feel so bad.

I'm talking about League's little warriors: The minions.

When I saw the extensive changes that happened to them at first, I had a looming feeling in the back of my mind that they would be some of the strongest assets in a game from here on out. I mean c'mon, a cannon minion every wave after 25 minutes? That feels like a bit much on the pacing end considering a winning team gets minion stat buffs that make it naturally much more difficult to manage waves to begin with.

Not to mention the addition of movement speed buffs to them over the game. At some point the minions can almost move faster than champions.

I've had many matches where split-pushers have simply had to TP into the base, take an inhib and the momentum of the game completely stagnates, if not opens up in the opponents favor.

What is everyone else's thoughts on minions in this patch?

Idk with the comeback mechanics in the game most of my games definitely feel pretty even with both sides at equal footing through most of the game.

Minions are stronger in many instances but personally i like these changes as they become a rather real threat as well they received a nerf for when they are enhanced by Baron buff and when they are super minions .

Both of those factors mean it is not an auto lose when you are down a inhib or enemy has Baron.

I thought I had read somewhere they were taking out the 'my minions vs your minions' scaling based on things, but it must have just been avg team level. Also probably feels harder that each tower has 800g that wasn't in the game before stuffed into them that you could take. 2400g bonus for teams is a considerable amount (if they manage all 3 towers before 14 mins)

If the minion speed was getting buffed, I think the losing team's minions should have a slight stat advantage so that in a straight fight (3 fighters, 3 casters, 1 cannon) the losing team's minions would win, if barely. Allows the losing team to push back without losing 3 towers, but won't let them ignore a huge build up of minions.
