Higher level players should be held to significantly higher standards. Period.

Lately I've been noticing that things are riding a slippery slope for high level play.

  • A player was banned after trying an off-meta strategy while the rest of their team flamed them. One prominent content-creator started using many vulgar curses at them, afk'd and complained while camping fountain. Was the player's strategy good? Oh definitely not. But if someone is making inflammatory remarks on a live-stream over the course of 10+ minutes, that should justify some sort of disciplinary action from Riot, considering if an average player did this in-game they'd be banned in a heartbeat.

  • A high-level challenger abused a mechanic within the game's system to be prevent a remake from happening. This was clipped on video and archived. Not cool.

  • A pro tried abusing this mechanic as well. Again, all archived.

Now I know I don't have to name out who these people are. One quick skim through the trending threads and you'll see all that you need to see on this.

Community-driven accountability guidelines and initiatives used to feel so much more meaningful and significant. Ever since the Tribunal got removed, it feels like the community has no solid voice anymore over toxic behavior of the pros in the game.

Remember when there used to be huge highlight threads over a pro or high-profile player getting the ban-hammer? It was because the COMMUNITY believed that they weren't adequate to play the game. Personally I think many of those players nowadays would get banned in a hot second by a tribunal case.

And honestly, some of these high-profile players deserve it.

There's many Youtubers who THRIVE off of being toxic anymore. And nothing is done about them.

Tell us, Riot: When is it going to press the envelope "too far" in how severe a high-profile player's actions must go before they finally have some sort of disciplinary action taken against them? I advocate for a healthy community, but allowing these kinds of players to thrive and make a platform off of it almost encourages people to bend your rules to a breaking point.

The "prevent remake exploit" is, apparently, legit and within the rules of the game. It may seem unsportsmanlike, but there's a lot of unsportsmanlike stuff built into this game when you think about it. It's a pretty vicious game.

The conflict is getting people to act like gentleman, while encouraging them to ruthlessly rip each other apart. And then punishing them for it.

So, like, this game has its own rules and vocabulary.

I mean ,,, everybody can abuse it (even new players), if they learn how .

A player was banned after trying an off-meta strategy while the rest of their team flamed them.

I have tried soo much off meta strategy ,, i have seen soo much hate and abuse when i was doing them ,,,but i am still here .(not banned)

If somebody is toxic he will get banned,,, the instant feedback is aways watching :D (yaya rip my english) (THOO if you have any ideas for improving the current system ,,, will you tell them to me ,,, so we will have a better community)

How can you be sure of that ?
