Not sure if these boards ever give helpful advice, but I tried Diana out recently and she's fun as hell. Anyone got any tips on how to play her mid? I know I can kill once I hit 6 if I don't screw up my Q-R-R combo, but what do I do prior?

venomous frost1 votespush out the wave early with your passive and w (start w) keep poking the enemy laner with q (its your only harras early), try hitting both the minions and the enemy to push them in.
if you let the wave push to you, you will just get poked under turret.
rush 2/3 dorans for mana regen and then ludens(or you can go the roa nashors build if you don't want to go full assassin)
Social Justice 11 votesIdeally, you're pressing Q and R at (practically) the same time. Don't cast R again unless it will kill or they escape somehow.
Randomonium1 votesIt really depends on the match up. Levels 1-2 you can fast push and force your opponent to use spells to clear the waves. Levels 3-5 you normally have to play more passive because you're worried about jungle ganks. Once your hit 6 it's all about trading smartly with your opponent until they're in kill range.

Brutalitops011 votesI don't know much about playing her mid lane, though I would imagine that you would just play safe and don't die pre-6 and kill everything post-6 (imagine you're Akali), however, I do know something about jungling with her, if you wanted to try that. Start W, take blue first, I typically go W Q Q E for maxing or, if I plan to stay out longer and not gank until I get R, W Q W Q E R (bigger shield on W = healthier clear). Max priority goes Q, W, E, and R whenever it's available. She's pretty fun and I think she can fit the farm jungler meta that this jungle is going to bring out.
