Vallalan2 votesim less concerned with boosted people as I am for smurfs being in every game almost. I myself am ranking this account to plat/diamond and in almost every game I have been against or with ANOTHER plat/diamond and sometimes even master tier player.
boosted players will inevitably fall back to where they belong and REALLY fast as you will lose every game pretty much since you are severely outclassed and useless.
smurfs on the other hand make me kind of sympathize for gold and below players right now. it won't stop you from climbing, but man are they being slowed down.

i COULD climb, but since the skill of the two teams is so out of whack at the moment. its really completely random whether i win or not.
if i get a team that doesn't feed, i pretty much have a 95% chance to win that game.
but with jungler and support as my main two roles.
there is only so much i can do.
as support if my adc has half a brain i can get them crazy fed. but i still need them to carry. if i'm jungling and my team hasn't fed 5 kills by 5 min then again its a easy win.
but the moment of times i see an enemy laner try to 1v1 thier lane oppoent even when the opponent has a 5 kill lead... just... STOP... i can help you, but when you feed them to the point where they can 1v2 us... wtf do u want me to do?
