Why does 1 Kog'Maw auto attack deal more damage than 1 Jhin auto attack?
You either hit slow and hard or fast and weak. But when you hit fast and hard, there is a problem.

Kog's only doing more either really early on (when Jhin's AD is about the same as everyone else's, so Kog's W would mean he'd do slightly more) or against a super tanky champion (where Kog's W's %HP means he does a lot more). In every other situation, especially against each other, Jhin'll do more.
