Getting only 20% Tenacity from Mercury's Treads is too little

Unless Riot's entire intent is to eventually remove Tenacity as a stat for being "toxic", 20% off Mercury's Treads is hardly enough to reduce CC meaningfully. It's a massive drop from what you could get in S5, and it leaves me feeling like Mercury's are now a trap because of their efficiency being too low.

Honestly, I'd rather have had it be Mercury's Treads only giving 20 MR instead of 25 if it meant keeping at least 30% Tenacity.

Intentional weakness, Riot? Or undertuned?

Pretty much only seeing item 3111 on pure tanks that go 18 in resolve to get the tenacity mastery to stack with it. 20% by itself isn't enough for most of the cc in the game. 35% was like barely enough to where it made a difference and could actually save your life. Now it's like if you get Morgana snared you afk for 8 minutes instead of 10 big deal you're still dead.

I got your point but I think it's good that not EVERY champion can receive tenacity easily.

It's the very notion that Tanks can use Tendency to it's best extent, because they can basically wait out the CC duration, and not be killed. But the reason it's useful on a tank isn't necessarily because they can recover from CC fast, but because they can recover from Multiple CC faster. And their likely going to be the target of Multiple CC because they are large targets, and will get attention.

And that's pretty much to the point where glass cannons can't make effective use of the Reduced CC. Cause they still be dead. Rather, they want to remove the CC entirely. This means building QSS, using Cleanse, or receiving Mikales active from your support.

Maybe we need a new tank item that gives tenacity. A new MR item wouldn't be out of place.

Would be fine with that. Tenacity is something tanks should have a lot of. If Assassins and Marksmen could get it easily one of their major weaknesses would be gone.

Not "lot of" but 35 - 40% sounds decent. Tanks without dash need it badly.

Eh, I like that it's not easy to access for everyone. You have to sacrifice something for it.

Plus if tenacity was easy to get, then many tanks would be useless.

Yeah. That's why it's high in the resolve tree.

And yet that 15% bonus is still multiplicative. So you don't actually get +15% when you also have Mercury's Treads.

Thus it's a trap.

Agreed bring back Zephyr.

Zephyr had one of the worst pickrates in the game, and wasn't used by tanks. You wouldn't even see it on Champions like Irelia because its stats were just not what was needed. I'd normally only see it on Tryndamere, and only after he had 5 other items and sold his boots for Zephyr.

Still more useful than Ohmwrecker, which is still allowed for some reason.

Ohmwrecker's active is being changed. When, however, is another question.

Yes, I agree. LETS RAISE IT TO 100%!!!
