Undo Talon rework keep new passive

TBH I liked playing vs old Talon.

New one leaves much to be desired imo.

There is no way to add this passive as it is you would have to nerf the hell out of the damage

I mean, all I'd want is for his melee q to trigger on-hit effects. But I love the rework nonetheless
