@Meddler - Let talk Leblanc!

So I promise I won't mention about the removal of her silence even though it constantly on my mind and wound me deeply. She not my main but I care about her more than any other champion in league and I'm not quite sure why. Shen my main, and I'm not even going to talk about him because he been screw over and over and over.

Coming back to League and playing Leblanc is the single worst experience I have encounter. Leblanc Q does less damage than her W now. So for those who never play Leblanc, what that mean is that Leblanc has to get up close to kill her target and no longer have the escape skills she used to have. So instead of using Q and R and then W, which give her some form of escape she now has to use Q - W - R if she want to kill her target. W does 50 more damage than Q and W combine with R double the damage to 300 instead of 200 and that is a lot more damage. I have play multiple games with Leblanc and Q and R no longer kill the enemy. Q and R does so little compare to W - R after Q.

Please give me your thought on this because I'm pretty much confuse at this point.
