Dash/Blink + burst damage + silence is the specific combinaiton we're removing. Garen doesn't have immediate reposition like those assassins, so we don't feel there's a problem with him having a silence as a result.

Can you give leblanc silence on her e proc? So her snare if she land it give her silence and it would require skill to land it? She has a very low winrate right now.

The other champions you listed are assassins. Assassins with silences are pretty much the definition of zero counter-play.

Because he already has to close his gap (slowly) so if he manages to get his Q to hit someone he deserves to be able to do some amount of damage without them instantly dashing away.

he also does way less damage and isnt classified a assassin. Hes a juggernaut easily kited and stuff but if he closes the gap can do some damage

I have no problem with the silence, I have problems with the fact they increased a lot the damage from his Q and the fact that if he catches you with 50% life no matter who you are no matter how tanky (8) just say my name, I'll be there in a hurry, you don't have to worry, cause baby is Demacia baby my love, Demacia baby (8), Demacia Dem-Dem-Demacia you.

Because it's his only from of CC, is a fighter who doesn't 100-0 you before you can do anything, and needs to run all the way up to you in order to use it
